| Starting Point with scaled design |
A contractor friend came to me and wanted a patio to relax on and to
eliminate a giant mud pit that formed in-front of his office. The area had been excavated the previous year and gravel laid
but that is as far as it had progressed. After a brief meeting I drew up a plan and the material was ordered. Versa-Loc "weathered
mosiac" was chosen for the retaining wall to complement the old farm house. Belgard "Bergerac" weathered cobble
with in-laid circles make for a stunning patio and walkway. The contractor incorporated a drainage system and all
that remains left to be done is to cut the cap stones on the wall, install the lighting and outdoor speakers, and some plantings
along the edges.

| Notice the in-laid walkway from the doorway to the main circle |

|
| The in-laid walkway continues to the actual walkway |

|
| More circles and a step-up to the patio. Pre-existing SRW's need to be re-laid on right side of walk |

EDIT: Funny thing about life and time, it goes quick and there is not enough of it. I had to get on
to my projects and the contractor's business hit the busy season so progress stopped on this project, it was completed
except for the little details. Since the mud was gone and the BBQ has a resting spot, those little details can wait :)
